To select a dental provider please refer to the below instructions. There is also an attached guide with step by step instructions for your convenience.
1. Go to anthems website and select "Find a Doctor" on the right side
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and elect to search as a guest then continue
3. From there you can search by which type of care you are searching for, in what state, and what type of plan:
- Care = Dental
- State = CA
- Plan = Anthem Denta
4. Make sure you search by "All Specialties" in the next page before selecting a provider
