To enroll in a health benefit plan you must login to your ADP account. If you did not create an ADP account or do not remember your username/password please email HR@sempersolaris.com.
Once you are logged in you will need to click on "Myself" located on the toolbar at the top of the page. Once the drop down appears you can click on "Benefits" and then "enrollments".
